Muñoz was selected as a prime consultant to provide construction management services on a task order basis on this $24M repair and renovation project under the NYCHA Capital Projects Division’s (CPD) $500M building improvement program.
Located in Brooklyn, NY, the Taylor-Wythe and Wyckoff Gardens Developments required extensive repairs over residential buildings housing more than 1000 apartments.
Muñoz provided construction management services for the project’s scope of services that included roof replacement, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, brick replacement, brick pointing, parapet repair, beam concrete repair and bulkhead repair.
