Farley Post Office into the Moynihan Train Hall created an iconic public space on the west side of Manhattan, provided a new train hall for hall Long Island Rail Road and Amtrak passengers, increased the concourse floor space in Pennsylvania Station by more than 50 percent, and expanded accessibility to the existing train platforms below. This project transformed the nation’s busiest transit hob into a world-class facility that included a redesign of the Long Island Rail Road’s existing 33rd Street concourse.

This massive undertaking was completed in three phases over the course of a decade. Munoz Engineering, as a subconsultant to Skanska, provided surveying throughout this project’s lifetime.
